Prohibited Items & Services

The following items and services are strictly prohibited from being transported, sold, listed, or offered through the Ghar Se platform. This policy applies to all services including ride hailing, food delivery, package delivery, goods transport, and the shop marketplace.

Prohibited Items

Categories of items not allowed on the platform

1. Drugs and Chemicals

• Illegal Narcotics All illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances including heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, cannabis, and all derivatives
• Prescription Drugs Prescription medications without a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner
• Chemical Precursors Chemicals used in the manufacture of illegal drugs including solvents, reagents, and laboratory equipment

2. Weapons and Explosives

• Firearms Guns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, and any other firearm, including parts and accessories
• Ammunition Bullets, cartridges, shells, and any other ammunition
• Explosives Dynamite, fireworks, firecrackers, blasting caps, and any explosive material
• Bladed Weapons Knives, swords, daggers, and other bladed weapons with blade length exceeding 4 inches

3. Illegal Goods

• Stolen Property Any item that has been stolen or obtained illegally without proof of ownership
• Counterfeit Goods Replica or imitation products including fake brand items, counterfeit currency, and forged documents
• Alcohol and Tobacco Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, and tobacco in any form
• Pornographic Material Obscene or pornographic content in any form including printed, digital, or media

4. Animals and Wildlife

• Live Animals All live animals, birds, fish, reptiles, and insects except certified service animals
• Endangered Species Any animal, plant, or product derived from endangered species protected under CITES and Pakistani law
• Animal Products Ivory, fur, exotic skins, and other products from protected species

5. Hazardous Materials

• Flammable Materials Gasoline, propane, lighter fluid, paint thinners, and other highly flammable liquids
• Toxic Substances Poisons, pesticides, industrial chemicals, and any other toxic materials
• Radioactive Materials Any radioactive substance, nuclear materials, and related waste products
• Biohazards Medical waste, human remains, bodily fluids, and infectious biological materials

6. Other Prohibited Items

• Currency and Valuables Large amounts of cash (over Rs. 50,000), precious metals, gems, and negotiable securities
• Government Property Government documents, IDs, passports, licenses, and classified materials
• Narcotic Paraphernalia Items intended for the consumption or preparation of illegal drugs

Prohibited Services

Services that cannot be offered on the platform

• Illegal Transportation Transportation of any prohibited items listed above
• Unlicensed Services Services requiring professional licenses without proper documentation (medical, legal, financial advisory)
• Hazardous Deliveries Delivery of hazardous materials as defined in the items section above
• Prohibited Rides Use of ride-hailing for illegal activities, drug transportation, or any service that violates Pakistani law
• Adult Services Escort services, adult entertainment, dating services, or any sexually oriented business
• Gambling and Lotteries Gambling services, betting platforms, lottery tickets, and sweepstakes

Enforcement

Account suspension, reporting, and legal consequences

Violation of this prohibited items and services policy will result in the following enforcement actions:

• First Violation Warning notice and removal of the prohibited item or service. Account may be temporarily suspended for review.
• Second Violation Immediate account suspension for 30 days. All pending transactions will be cancelled.
• Third Violation Permanent account termination. All earnings and balances may be forfeited. Case may be referred to law enforcement.
• Severe Violations Any violation involving illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or endangered species will result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement.

How to report prohibited items or services

If you encounter any item or service that violates this policy, please report it immediately. Your identity will be kept confidential.

Exceptions

Limited exceptions to the prohibited items policy

• Service Animals Certified service animals (guide dogs for the visually impaired, medical alert animals) are permitted in rides.
• Medically Necessary Items Prescription medications in their original packaging with a valid prescription may be transported for personal use.
• Approved Food Items Halal food and beverages prepared by registered restaurant partners on our food delivery platform are exempt.
