Terms governing partnerships with Ghar Se for drivers, shopkeepers, and restaurants

1. Introduction & Agreement
These Partner Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation as a partner (driver, shopkeeper, or restaurant) on the Ghar Se platform. By registering as a partner, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Ghar Se (operated by Wego Technologies Private Limited). These Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and apply to all partners operating within Pakistan.
By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the partner services.
2. Registration & Eligibility
To register as a Ghar Se partner, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Age & Residency: Be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Pakistan with a valid CNIC.
- KYC Requirements: Complete KYC verification including a government-issued ID, recent photograph, and proof of address.
- Vehicle Docs: For drivers: valid driving license, vehicle registration documents, and vehicle fitness certificate.
- Business Registration: For shopkeepers and restaurants: valid business registration certificate, tax registration (if applicable), and premises photographs.
- Contact Info: Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and email address for communication.
Ghar Se reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. False or incomplete information will result in immediate disqualification.
3. Commission Structure
Ghar Se charges a commission on each transaction facilitated through the platform. The commission rates vary by partner type:
- Drivers: 5–15% per ride based on the package selected (Standard: 5%, Premium: 10%, XL: 15%). The exact rate is displayed before each ride acceptance.
- Shopkeepers: 2% per sale of product value. No additional listing or subscription fees apply.
- Restaurants: 5–7% per order based on order volume (under 100 orders/month: 7%, 100–500 orders/month: 6%, over 500 orders/month: 5%).
All commissions are exclusive of applicable taxes. Ghar Se may adjust commission rates with a 14-day advance notice.
4. Payout Schedule
Payouts to partners are processed according to the following schedule:
- Weekly Payouts: Payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week (Monday to Sunday).
- Minimum Threshold: A minimum payout threshold of Rs. 500 applies. Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next payout cycle.
- Payment Methods: Payouts are made via bank transfer (IBFT), JazzCash, or EasyPaisa as per the partner's registered preference.
- Delays: Payouts may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if bank details are incorrect.
5. Service Standards
All Ghar Se partners must maintain the following minimum service standards:
- Rating: Maintain a minimum average rating of 4.0 stars on the platform.
- Response Time: Respond to ride/order requests promptly. Average response time should not exceed 60 seconds.
- Cancellation Rate: Keep cancellation rate under 10% per month. High cancellation rates may result in account restrictions.
- Professionalism: Provide professional and courteous service at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
- Acceptance Rate: Maintain 98% or higher order acceptance rate. Frequent declines may affect your account standing.
6. Driver-Specific Terms
In addition to the general terms, drivers must comply with the following:
- Vehicle Standards: Vehicle must be clean, well-maintained, and meet Ghar Se's vehicle standards for the selected category (Bike, Rickshaw, Car, or Premium).
- Route Choices: Always follow the route suggested by the Ghar Se app unless the passenger requests a different route. Unnecessary detours are prohibited.
- Behavior: Behave professionally at all times. Do not engage in aggressive driving, use foul language, or consume substances while on duty.
- Presentation: Wear clean presentable clothing and maintain personal hygiene. Drivers in the Premium category must wear a collared shirt.
- Payments: Do not request cash payments outside the platform. All transactions must go through the Ghar Se payment system.
7. Shopkeeper-Specific Terms
Shopkeepers listing products on Ghar Se must adhere to the following:
- Product Quality: All products must be authentic, genuine, and accurately described. Counterfeit or misrepresented products are strictly prohibited.
- Descriptions: Product descriptions must include accurate specifications, sizes, colors, and prices. Misleading descriptions will result in listing removal.
- Pricing Accuracy: All listed prices must be final and inclusive of all charges. No hidden fees or surcharges are allowed.
- Inventory: Inventory must be kept up to date. Products that are out of stock must be removed or marked as unavailable within 24 hours.
- Order Processing: Orders must be processed within 2 hours of placement. Repeated delays may lead to account suspension.
8. Restaurant-Specific Terms
Restaurants partnering with Ghar Se for food delivery must comply with the following:
- Preparation Time: Orders must be prepared and handed to the delivery rider within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
- Packaging: All food must be properly packaged to maintain quality during transit. Spills, leaks, or contamination due to poor packaging are the restaurant's responsibility.
- Menu Accuracy: Menu items, descriptions, prices, and availability must be kept accurate and up to date on the platform.
- Hygiene: Maintain a minimum hygiene rating as per local health department standards. Health inspection reports may be requested.
- Substitutions: Substitute items must be arranged only with customer consent. Unauthorized substitutions will result in a refund and penalty.
9. KYC & Verification Requirements
All partners must undergo thorough KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before activation:
- Document Types: CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)  front and back copy. Additional documents may be required for foreign nationals.
- Verification Process: All documents are uploaded via the Ghar Se partner app and verified through our automated verification system and manual review. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
- Re-Verification: Partners must re-verify their documents every 12 months. Ghar Se may request re-verification at any time if documents are suspected to be expired or fraudulent.
10. Commission & Fee Adjustments
Ghar Se reserves the right to adjust commission rates, fees, and payout structures with a 14-day written notice to partners. Notice will be provided via email, SMS, and/or in-app notification.
If a partner does not agree to the adjusted terms, they may terminate the agreement within the 14-day notice period without penalty. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Suspension & Termination
Ghar Se may suspend or terminate a partner's account under the following circumstances:
- Standard Notice: Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 7 days written notice.
- Immediate Termination: Ghar Se may terminate immediately without notice for: fraudulent activity, providing false information, or attempting to manipulate the platform.
- Violations: Repeated violations of service standards (rating below 3.5, cancellation rate above 20%, multiple customer complaints).
- Safety: Safety-related incidents including but not limited to accidents, harassment complaints, or traffic violations.
Upon termination, all pending payouts will be settled within 30 days, subject to deduction of any outstanding dues or penalties.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the partner relationship shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Lahore, Pakistan. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable legal costs and fees.
