- Biometric Verification: Where required by applicable regulations, biometric verification (fingerprint or facial recognition) may be conducted through authorized verification service providers.

Important: Ghar Se implements reasonable security measures to protect your KYC data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. By submitting your documents, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
8. Failed Verification Consequences
If a user fails to complete KYC verification, or if verification is unsuccessful, the following consequences may apply:
- Limited Account Access: Unverified accounts may have limited access to platform features. For example, drivers may not be able to accept ride requests, and vendors may not be able to list products.
- Transaction Limits: Unverified accounts may have lower transaction limits compared to verified accounts.
- Payment Holds: Payments or earnings may be held until KYC verification is successfully completed.
- Account Suspension: If KYC verification is not completed within 30 days of registration or the request for verification, the account may be suspended until verification is completed.
- Account Termination: In cases where verification fails due to fraudulent documents or deliberate misrepresentation, the account will be permanently terminated.
9. Updating KYC Information
- Users must keep their KYC information up to date. If any of your documents expire or your information changes, you must submit updated documents promptly.
- Drivers must ensure that their driving license and vehicle registration are always valid. Expired documents will result in account suspension.
