3. PECA 2016 Compliance

Ghar Se fully complies with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016. Our compliance measures include:

6. Tax Compliance

Ghar Se is fully compliant with tax laws in Pakistan:

Income Tax: Registered with FBR; all income tax returns filed on time.
Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax charged on services as required by law.
Withholding Tax: WHT deducted and deposited on payments to vendors, drivers, and riders as required.
Digital Taxation: Compliance with digital taxation requirements and applicable taxes on digital services.
Tax Invoices: Tax invoices issued for all transactions per FBR requirements.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF)

Ghar Se complies with AML and CTF regulations as prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan:

Reporting suspicious transactions to the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) of Pakistan.
